Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique learning requirements.
  • Provide resource support and specialized instruction to 25 elementary students with diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success and inclusion.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction as necessary to meet educational goals.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education resource setting.
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP development, and instructional strategies.
