Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ skills, learning styles, and individual needs to develop appropriate educational goals and support strategies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique requirements.
- Adapt and modify general education curriculum to ensure accessibility and effectiveness for students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with parents, school staff, and related service providers to support student progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Valid California Education Specialist (ESN) or Moderate/Severe Credential.
- Experience working with students with autism and extensive support needs preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
