Qualifications:
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience working with high school students, particularly in low incidence and behavior intervention
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing IEPs and ETRs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Location:
- Logan, OH
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored instructional plans for students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including IEPs and progress reports.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student requirements, fostering engagement and learning.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance instructional practices.
