Qualifications:
- Valid Mild/Moderate Special Education Credential
- Experience working with middle school-aged students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for each student on your caseload.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and analyze student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic and behavioral expectations.
- Engage students in meaningful learning experiences that promote social and emotional development.
