Qualifications:
- Valid special education teaching credential with a focus on mod severe or extensive needs
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a K-2 setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement them effectively
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to a caseload of 8-10 students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with fellow educators, staff, and families to support student goals
- Develop, implement, and modify IEPs in accordance with students' requirements
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting strategies to ensure successful learning outcomes
