Special Ed Teacher - San Antonio, Texas

This contract position is for a Special Education Teacher to support structured learning classrooms (SLC) in a K-12 school setting just outside San Antonio, TX. The role emphasizes experience in structured learning environments and working with intermediate and elementary caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students in structured learning classrooms, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students receiving special education services.
• Collaborate closely with staff and families to ensure student progress and support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational standards.
• Provide a supportive and structured classroom environment that promotes student growth.

Position Details:

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with an unpaid lunch break.
