Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Educator License with Academic Behavior Strategist K-12 endorsement or similar.
- Previous experience working with transition students, particularly in high school settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Knowledge of best practices in special education and transition planning.

Responsibilities:
