Special Education Teacher in Shelby, NC

This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher specializing in elementary education, located in Shelby, North Carolina. The position is a contract role for the complete school year (CSY), designed to support students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive elementary school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students’ varied learning styles and capabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to foster student progress
