Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
• Active teaching license for the state
• Experience supporting students with developmental delays, ID, and Autism
• Comfortable with direct assistance, including occasional toileting
• Flexibility to work 1-on-1 with students as needed

Responsibilities:

• Manage a class of 32 students with a variety of disabilities
• Deliver specialized instruction and modify curriculum as needed
• Provide daily assistance, including Developmental Adapted (DA) support and 1-on-1 interventions
• Monitor student progress and adapt strategies to meet IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, therapists, and parents
