Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction tailored to each child’s unique learning profile
- Collaborate with classroom staff and families to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Virginia Teaching License with Early Childhood Special Education endorsement
- Experience working with early childhood special education caseloads preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain patience and flexibility in a dynamic learning environment

Location & Schedule:
- Position based in the Surry, Virginia area (exact location withheld)
- Part-time, onsite schedule from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
- Full-semester contract
