A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available for a Middle School resource setting, working with students in grades 6-8. Responsibilities:

• Deliver specially designed instruction to middle school students with disabilities
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create inclusive classrooms
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by state and federal regulations
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and concerns

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina Special Education certification required
