Special Education Teacher Work From Home - Minnesota

A specialized role is available for a Special Education Teacher delivering services through telehealth within a K-12 educational setting. This position involves providing tailored instructional support to students with diverse learning needs in a fully virtual environment.

• Bovey, MN

Scope of Work:

• Contract position for the current school year (CSY)
• Engagement with a virtual program supporting special education across K-12 grades
• Collaboration with educational professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and interventions to students with disabilities via telehealth platforms
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Maintain clear and timely communication with students, families, and educational staff
• Document all sessions and comply with program documentation standards
• Participate in training and professional development activities relevant to telehealth education

Qualifications:

• Certified Special Education Teacher credential appropriate for K-12 education
• Experience with telehealth delivery of educational services is preferred
• Familiarity with working alongside speech-language pathology (SLP) clients or related billing practices is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to engage students remotely using digital tools and platforms
