Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to a caseload of under 20 students, utilizing teletherapy platforms.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students from Kindergarten through 8th grade.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide training and resources to families and school staff to support communication goals outside of therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes in compliance with educational standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP-CCC certification and state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Proven experience in a school setting, preferably with K-8 students.
- Familiarity with teletherapy techniques and tools.
- Strong understanding of the cultural and linguistic characteristics of Native populations.
