Special Ed Teacher - Williamsburg, Virginia

An opportunity is available for a part-time Early Childhood Special Education Teacher at an onsite school serving young learners. The role involves managing an early childhood caseload, supporting students with special education needs in a structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to the developmental and educational needs of early childhood students with disabilities.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies to maximize learning outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal special education regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Virginia Teaching License with an Early Childhood Endorsement is required.
• Experience working with early childhood special education students.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in special education.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM.
