Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the current school year. This position is located within a reputable school district in Harvard, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
- Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
