Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction tailored to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students across K-12 grade levels.
  • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans that accommodate the unique communication and learning needs of students.
  • Collaborate with educational teams, families, and support staff to ensure effective learning environments and student success.
  • Utilize appropriate teaching strategies, assistive technologies, and resources to enhance student engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Texas Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teaching Certification.
  • Experience working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in K-12 educational settings.
