Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or licensure in Deaf/Hard of Hearing.
- Experience working with early childhood populations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or other relevant communication methods.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with specialists, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student care.
- Facilitate communication between students and peers using appropriate techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment conducive to student growth.
