A part-time position is available for a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing to support K-12 students across two school sites located between Hollis and Brookline, New Hampshire. This contracted opportunity offers approximately 10-12 hours of onsite work per month, beginning immediately and continuing through June 17, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction and support services tailored to students who are deaf or hard of hearing within a K-12 educational setting.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Deliver services across multiple school sites, ensuring consistency and quality in student support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district requirements, including fingerprinting and licensure verification.

Qualifications:

  • Active teaching licensure and certification in New Hampshire specifically related to deaf or hard of hearing education.
  • Proven experience working within school environments, supporting a K-12 caseload of students.
  • Must fulfill district fingerprinting and background check requirements.
  • Comfortable conducting interviews via Zoom as part of the hiring process.

Location: Work will be onsite within schools located between Hollis and Brookline, NH, with the exact site to be determined.
