An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to work in an innovative virtual setting that supports elementary students. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student in your caseload.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, audiologists, and classroom teachers, to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Utilize virtual teaching tools and resources effectively to engage students during scheduled instructional hours.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
- Provide support and guidance to families, helping them to understand their child's educational journey and available resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Deaf Education or related field.
- Current certification or licensure in Deaf Education.
- Experience working with elementary students who are deaf or hard of hearing is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and families in a virtual setting.
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital platforms for instruction.
