Online Teach of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing | Delaware

A remote teaching role is available for a Deaf and Hard of Hearing educator to support students from preschool through high school in Delaware. This itinerant position serves K-12 students across multiple locations and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with daily hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Responsibilities include delivering specialized instruction tailored to the needs of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, collaborating with families and school staff, and utilizing telehealth methods to enhance learning outcomes. The role involves adapting teaching strategies to diverse age groups and providing consultative services to support student development in academic and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Valid Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teaching license in Delaware
• Experience working with K-12 Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
