Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) | Columbus, Ohio

This opportunity brings an experienced Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) to serve K-12 students across multiple school districts in Central Ohio. Offering either full- or part-time commitment, this contract role begins immediately and extends through the end of the current school year.

Responsibilities include delivering specialized instruction and support for visually impaired students in six different districts, all located within a 30-minute radius of the central office. The teacher will develop and adapt educational materials, collaborate with school staff and families, and provide assessments to ensure each student’s unique needs are met.

Key qualifications and skills:

• Certified Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) with experience in K-12 education
• Ability to tailor instruction for a diverse range of visual impairments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within multi-district environments
• Flexibility to travel between districts within the Central Ohio area
