Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, preferably with a focus on visual impairments.
• Valid teaching certification in Visual Impairment or Orientation and Mobility, as required by state regulations.
• Experience teaching students with visual impairments in a K-12 setting.
• Strong understanding of specialized teaching strategies and tools for students with visual impairments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families.
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
