An opportunity is available for dedicated Teachers for the Visually Impaired to support elementary students in Statesville, NC. This role focuses on delivering specialized instruction and support tailored to the unique needs of visually impaired learners within an elementary school setting. The position is contract-based, covering the Current School Year (CSY).

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification and/or experience working as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired
• Strong understanding of educational strategies and tools for visually impaired students
• Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and staff
• Patience, adaptability, and commitment to student success

Responsibilities:
