Virtual Teacher of Visually Impaired in OH

Seeking a skilled professional to provide telehealth instruction for visually impaired students in a K-12 educational setting. This contract role focuses on delivering specialized support to students with visual impairments to enhance their academic success and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver telehealth services tailored to the needs of visually impaired students across kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Assess student needs and develop individualized educational strategies and materials.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure effective communication and support.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI).
