Seeking Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist in Pompton Plains, New Jersey

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. As a CT Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

• 13 weeks contract
• Shift options: 5x8s: 10:00pm-6:00am

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in EPIC is a mandatory requirement for this position. 
• Perform CT scans and related procedures following established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
• Prepare and position patients for accurate image capture
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring optimal functionality
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of imaging results
• Maintain patient records and ensure adherence to privacy regulations
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Current certification as a CT Technologist ARRT (R)(CT)
• New Jersey State License
• 2+ years of experience as a CT Technologist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency in operating CT equipment and related software
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care
