Responsibilities:

• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid state OT license.
• Outstanding candidates with OTA credentials are also welcome!
