A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time contract position with a caseload consisting of approximately 50 students ranging from kindergarten to fifth grade.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine students' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in academic and social contexts
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports
Required Credentials/Non-Negotiables:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
- Will consider Clinical Fellows (CFs) with appropriate licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure
