Soliant has partnered with a school district near Sorrento, FL and is currently holding interviews for qualified full-time Speech Language Pathologists for the 2024-2025 school year. 


  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address communication and swallowing deficits.
  • Provide therapy to individuals and groups using a variety of techniques and modalities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care effectively.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language disorders, therapy techniques, and home exercise programs.
  • Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and discharge planning in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology preferred, not required. 
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
