Soliant Health is actively seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students who have communication disorders and/or language delays, following the guidance of the supervising SLP.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to enhance communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, session notes, and reports.
- Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
