Description:
We are seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Topsham, ME. The SLP will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The caseload primarily consists of students with severe autism who may utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, with some students being non-verbal. The majority of the therapy will be conducted in a one-on-one setting. There is no case management involved in this role.
The position is available as soon as possible and will continue until the end of the school year. Please note that this position does not involve working with students who have less severe communication needs, as indicated by the requirement of no VOCO (verbal-only communication) due to the severity of the caseload.
