Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Soliant is currently seeking two dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team near Wichita Falls, TX. We are partnering with a local school district to fill these positions for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, addressing areas such as articulation, language comprehension and expression, fluency, and social skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to integrate therapy goals into the students' individual education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of therapy sessions and student progress

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Current Texas state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is desirable, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of various speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
