Job Posting: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - South Bend, IN

Our company is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in South Bend, IN. This full-time position is for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs within the classroom
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid Indiana license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of a variety of assessment and intervention techniques for speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
