A well-established educational services provider is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Attleboro, MA. This is a full-time position for the 2023-2024 school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with licensed speech-language pathologists to provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Implement therapy plans and activities to enhance students' communication skills.
  • Document student progress and effectively communicate with parents, teachers, and team members.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
  • SLPA certification or eligible for certification in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred but not required.
