Position Details:

• Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Independence, TX
• Contract Type: School-Based
• Pay Range: $40 - $55/hour
• Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental insurance provided through United Healthcare
• Recruiter Support: Ongoing assistance throughout your contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Assess and diagnose students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain detailed documentation and track progress

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Texas State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
