Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with emotional and behavioral challenges.
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters emotional growth and academic progress.
Provide differentiated instruction and behavioral interventions to meet students' unique needs.

Qualifications:
