Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with emotional and behavioral challenges.
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters emotional growth and academic progress.
Provide differentiated instruction and behavioral interventions to meet students' unique needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists, and support staff.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education.
Experience in emotional support or behavioral intervention settings.
Strong classroom management and behavior management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Dedication to the success and well-being of students with emotional and behavioral challenges.
