Job Title: Instructional Assistant 
Location: Bedford, New Hampshire

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Instructional Assistants/Classroom Aides in New Hampshire. As an IA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of our students. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom instruction.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist students with academic tasks, including reading, writing, math, and other subjects.
• Support students in developing social and behavioral skills, promoting a positive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other staff members to meet the needs of all students.
• Assist in classroom management and maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Help with the preparation of instructional materials and classroom activities.
• Provide support during assessments and data collection.
• Foster positive relationships with students and families, serving as a resource and advocate when necessary.

Qualifications:.

• New Hampshire Paraprofessional 2 Certification or Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students.
• The ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team.
• Previous experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
