Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team in Minneapolis Minnesota . In this role, you will work closely with students with diverse needs to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote academic and social growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Modify general education curriculum to meet the individual needs of students.
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ academic and behavioral growth.
• Provide direct instruction and support in small group and one-on-one settings.
• Track and monitor student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as necessary.
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and IEP progress.
