Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education (Master's Degree preferred)
- Oregon State Special Education Teaching License (or eligibility)
- Experience working with students with disabilities, including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt to various student needs and learning styles
- Passionate about providing a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Position Overview:
Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school team in Keizer, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students with a range of disabilities, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and emotional/behavioral challenges. As a Special Education Teacher, you will develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs), offer one-on-one and small group instruction, and collaborate with other educators to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

- Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students’ educational needs
