Position Overview: We are seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to work with our resource programs in both middle and high schools. As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that helps students with exceptionalities reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs in various subjects.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to ensure an inclusive classroom experience.
• Utilize effective teaching strategies, adaptive resources, and technology to enhance learning.
• Assess student progress and modify instructional methods accordingly.
• Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes student engagement and growth.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student assessments, progress, and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Arizona teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with diverse exceptionalities is preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (may be required, or must be willing to obtain).
