Job Title: Special Education Teacher - SeaTac, Washington

Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Soliant Education is currently seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team in the SeaTac, Washington area. These full-time positions involve providing resource support to elementary and high school students, grades K-12. Job Details:

  • Location: SeaTac, Washington
  • Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Positions Available: Two
  • Grade Levels:
    • Elementary: Grades K-5, Resource Support Program
    • High School: Grades 6-12, Resource Support Program


  • Hourly rate: $45-$50 per hour, depending on experience


  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide resource support to students in both elementary and high school settings.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
  • Washington state teaching certification in Special Education.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations in resource support programs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
