Soliant Education is looking for dedicated Special Education Teachers to fill three full-time positions in the beautiful Berkeley, California area. If you are passionate about providing exceptional education to students with moderate to severe disabilities and have experience working with elementary and middle school students, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Number of Openings: 3
• Caseloads: All Moderate to Severe (Mod/Severe)

Caseload Breakdown:

• 2 Elementary School Positions
• 1 Middle School Position

Pay Rate: $45 - $50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment to facilitate student growth and development.
• Utilize specialized teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with support staff, fellow educators, and parents to ensure student success.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential.
• Previous experience with moderate to severe caseloads preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating an inclusive and enriching learning experience for all students.
