Position Details:

Soliant Education is seeking four dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team in the beautiful Wakefield, New Hampshire area. These are full-time positions, each requiring 37.5 hours per week. As a Special Education Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with diverse needs. Specific caseload and grade level details include:

1. 2nd Grade Special Education Teacher:

   • Caseload: 10 students
   • Grade Level: 2nd grade

2. High School Special Education Teachers (3 Positions):

   • Co-teaching roles in high school settings

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Adapt curriculum and instructional methods to meet students' unique needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff.
• Provide targeted support and interventions to help students succeed academically.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification in New Hampshire.
• Strong passion for working with students with special needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
