Position: Special Education Teacher
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a full-time position with a caseload that consists of high school students

Key details about the position:

Position: Special Education Teacher
School Year: 2023-2024
Work Schedule: Full-time (37.5hrs/wk)
Caseload: High School positions: Grade levels range from 9-12th, services would be delivered either 1:1 or small groups (depending on the common skills needed) via our virtual lab or small supported study halls, and the most common disabilities would range from emotional/behavioral challenges to specific learning disabilities-where basic skills acquisition, general ed curriculum engagement, and executive functioning support would be the main focus for most students.

Additional needs: We have students of varying disabilities- and needs- direct instruction in reading and math- preferably someone with training in either Wilson or Orton-Gillingham reading programs- case management, writing IEPs, etc

Incentives:
