Soliant Health is seeking a Special Education Teacher who is interested in working in a school setting. In this role, the SPED will be providing services for school age students ranging from grades K-12. Please see job details below.
Job Description & Requirements:
2023-2024 School Year
Previous school experience preferred, but not required
Must have active or pending state Teaching license
Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services

Hours per week: 37.5
Daily start time & Daily end time: The student day is 8:00-2:45. There are faculty meetings on Tuesday afternoons for an hour, three times a month. Staff typically have about 45 minutes of flex time daily, which is scheduled at their discretion before or after the student day.
School building name(s): Elementary/Middle School
Population and Ages: Kindergarten-grade 2, with a range of disabilities including developmental delay, specific learning disabilities, social/emotional needs, and Autism
Caseload: 8-11 students
