Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and certified teachers for either General Education (k - 2nd grades) or Special Education (k - 12) to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. As a teacher in our program, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students while ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of educators, specialists, and support staff.
• Provide individualized instruction and support to students based on their unique needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and work with students with disabilities to achieve their educational goals (Special Education roles).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student interactions and progress.
• Foster strong communication and partnerships with parents, guardians, and district staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid Massachusetts teaching certification in either General Education (k - 2nd grades) or Special Education (k - 12).
• Previous teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of best teaching practices and a commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
