Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Near Lexington, OH

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Hours)

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) CCC or CFY

Full school year position

Caseload: K-12th grade

Available Caseloads:

• Full-time at Galion City Schools
• Part-time at Bucyrus City Schools (~2.5 days)
• Full-time at Bucyrus City Schools
• Full-time at Mansfield City Schools

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a K-12 caseload.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills across educational settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and evaluation reports.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Ohio state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with students in a school-based setting, preferably with K-12 age groups.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to create engaging therapy materials and utilize evidence-based practices.
• Knowledge of special education procedures and regulations.
