Job Posting: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Near Auburn, MA (Worcester, MA)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Auburn, Massachusetts, with the majority of the caseload based in Worcester. This is a full-time position for the entire school year, serving students from kindergarten to 12th grade. The caseload primarily consists of students with communication or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) disabilities, with a caseload size of under 30.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Speech Language Pathologist.
• Location: Near Auburn, MA (with caseload primarily in Worcester, MA).
• Duration: Full-time for the full school year.
• Caseload: K-12, primarily students with communication or ASD disabilities.
• Caseload Size: Under 30 students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjust intervention strategies as necessary, and provide progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid Massachusetts license to practice Speech Language Pathology.
• Experience working with children with communication or ASD disabilities.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
