Location: Near Shadeland, IN

We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Shadeland, Indiana, for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week, serving students from PreK to 12th grade. The position requires on-site presence, Monday through Friday.

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjust intervention strategies as necessary, and provide progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid Indiana license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with a diverse range of students in a school setting is preferred.
