Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Near Santa Maria, CA

Position Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team near Santa Maria, CA. As an SLP, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and evaluation reports.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and team members.
