Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Near Westfield, IN 

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team near Westfield, IN, specifically in the South Bend area, for the 2023-2024 academic year. Position Type: Full Time (Additional vacancies available)

Contract Dates: August 14, 2023 - June 3, 2024

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational success
• Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate accommodations and modifications
• Maintain accurate documentation of students' progress and regularly communicate with the multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Indiana
• Experience working with students in a school setting is preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and service delivery in schools
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of students
